You'll have many questions, but i've recorded some videos of my responses to some of the most frequently asked questions. You can also submit your questions to have answered, and I'll answer them from my experience and also from being a This Naked Mind Certified Coach. We also have a Q&A section for enquiries. It's all there to reassure you that you’re not alone in this journey.

Who knows, you might get so good at them they become your favourites. Do you know your tastebuds have renewed every 14 days? After ditching the alcohol and finding alternatives, I found a huge change in my taste for drinks which rotated from coffee to diet coke to red wine, depending which time of the day it was!

6. Quit Lit and Well Being Book Reviews

Along with two other TNMI Certified Coaches, I run an online book club for people sharing Quit Lit and Wellbeing books. I'll pop the link at the bottom. Please feel free to join. After each session, I record my own review of the part of the book we have been working on, so that if you miss it, you don't miss out. It's in manageable chunks, so even if you just want to utilise the Hub, you can still share about your reading or find out other perspectives. We have already read This Naked Mind by Annie Grace and Dopamine Nation by Dr Anna Lembke. Future books include The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer, and I will be adding my own input for some of my favourites like Alcohol Explained, by William Porter andWe are the Luckiest by Lauren McKowen!

I was very conscious in creating this space that many of us questioning our relationship with alcohol are happy to watch on in community calls and chats from the sidelines, and so that is not centre focus in the Heartspace Hub.
